Ich will nicht so weit gehen und zugestehen, dass es das beste Curry-Kochbuch aller Zeiten sei. Aber ja, es ist interessant und gut. Es gibt eine klare Aufteilung: Currys mit Hülsenfrüchten, Gemüse-Currys, Curry mit Fleisch und Verbindungen von Curry und Masala. Die Rezepte sind klar und nachvollziehbar.
